Do you have cancellation insurance?
Then the cancellation may be reimbursed by the insurance company. Whether and to what extent the cancellation is reimbursed depends on the conditions of the relevant insurance company.

Flexibility in number of participants
The final number of participants is flexible up to 5 months before departure.

At the latest 5 months before departure, the final number of participants must be provided. This number may be approximately 30% lower than the number of participants in the quote, without incurring cancellation costs for these canceled participants.

This flexibility only applies to reducing the number of participants within the group reservation. The group reservation as a whole remains in place and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

From 5 months before departure, the following cancellation terms apply to the group and to individual participants.

Cancellation of the full group reservation
If the full group cancels, the following cancellation terms apply. The number of participants in the quote is used as the basis for calculating the cancellation costs, in combination with the chosen or discussed package.

• If cancellation is made on or before the 150th day before departure, the deposit of 25% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation costs.
• If cancellation is made from the 149th day up to and including the 100th day before departure, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is made from the 99th day up to and including the 41st day before departure, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is made from the 40th day up to and including the 16th day before departure, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is made from the 15th day before departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Rental equipment and lessons
Rental equipment and lessons can be cancelled free of charge up to and including 15 days before departure.

From 14 days before departure, no changes or cancellations can be made for rental equipment and lessons.
