The final number of participants is flexible until 5 months before departure. From 5 months before departure, the cancellation terms below apply to the group and individual participants.

The final number of participants communicated 5 months before departure may deviate approximately 30% from the number of participants in the quote.

The number of participants is therefore flexible until 5 months before departure, but the reservation of the entire group is not flexible.

If the entire group cancels, the cancellation terms below apply and the number of participants from the quote is used as the basis for cancellation costs, in combination with the chosen (discussed) package.

• If cancelled on or before the 150th day before the departure date, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is paid.
• If cancelled from the 149th day up to and including the 100th day before the departure date, 30% of the total amount is paid.
• If cancelled from the 99th day up to and including the 41st day before the departure date, 60% of the total amount is paid.
• If cancelled from the 40th day up to and including the 16th day before the departure date, 90% of the total amount is paid.
• If cancelled from the 15th day before the departure date, 100% of the total amount is paid.
  
  
• Up to and including 15 days before departure, rental materials and lessons can be cancelled free of charge. 14 days or less before the departure date, no changes or cancellations can be made for materials and lessons.
