Flexibility in number of participants and free cancellation

The final number of participants is flexible up to 5 months before departure. Free cancellation is possible until five months before departure.

At the latest 5 months before departure, the final number of participants must be provided. This number may be a maximum of 20% lower than the number of participants in the quote.

For this 20%, no cancellation charges are calculated. If the number of persons differs by more than 20%, the package price can be increased.

From 5 months before departure, the following cancellation terms apply to the group and/or individual participants:

• If cancelled from the 149th day to and including the 100th day before departure, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from the 99th day to and including the 41st day before departure, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from the 40th day to and including the 16th day before departure, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancelled from the 15th day before departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Rental equipment and lessons

Up to and including 15 days before departure, rental equipment and lessons can be cancelled free of charge.

From 14 days before departure, no changes or cancellations can be made for rental equipment and lessons.

Deadlines

At the latest 5 months before departure:
- Choosing the exact number of participants
- Commencement of cancellation terms

At the latest 4 months before departure:
- Submission of all participants via the online system

At the latest 3 months before departure:
- Payment of the remaining travel costs takes place (via invoice or via the online system)
