Cancellation Terms for Bookings Made After 23-02-2026
If cancelled on or before the 150th day before the departure date, a deposit of 25% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled from the 149th day up to and including the 100th day before the departure date, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled from the 99th day up to and including the 41st day before the departure date, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled from the 40th day up to and including the 16th day before the departure date, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled on or after the 15th day before the departure date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Until 15 days before departure, rental equipment and lessons can be canceled free of charge. 14 days or less before the departure date, no changes/cancellations can be made for equipment and lessons.
