Cancellation Terms

If you cancel on or before the 100th day before the departure date, no costs will be charged.
If you cancel on and from the 99th day up to and including the 41st day before the departure date, you will pay 60% of the travel package.
If you cancel on and from the 40th day up to and including the 16th day before the departure date, you will pay 90% of the travel package.
If you cancel on and from the 15th day before the departure date: you will pay 100% of the travel package.
Up to and including 15 days before departure, rental equipment and lessons can be canceled free of charge. 14 days or less before the departure date, no changes/cancellations can be made for equipment and lessons.

For stays at Cityhouse, alternative cancellation conditions apply, which can be found in the quotation.

For booked trips from 01-01-2025, the following cancellation conditions apply:

If canceled on or before the 150th day before the departure date, no costs will be charged.
If canceled from the 149th day to the 100th day before the departure date, you will be charged 30% of the travel package.
If canceled from the 99th day to the 41st day before the departure date, you will be charged 60% of the travel package.
If canceled from the 40th day to the 16th day before the departure date, you will be charged 90% of the travel package.
If canceled on or after the 15th day before the departure date: 100% of the travel package.
Until 15 days before departure, rental equipment and lessons can be canceled free of charge. 14 days or less before the departure date, no changes/cancellations can be made for equipment and lessons.
